Every home we build has a one-year warranty direct from our manufacturers against structural failure. Each home also has separate warranties from all the different manufactured components used in your home.

All of our modular, off-site constructed homes comply with the International Residential Code (I.R.C.) as well as the National Electrical Code. These are the same State and Local building codes that your local site builders have to comply with.
